Charles Stanley is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Chartered Financial Consultant, he holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation and is a Certified Kingdom Advisor™. He specializes in investing trust-owned assets for trustees. For 28 years, Charles has served retired physicians, business owners, corporate executives, retirees, and widows, helping them with their estate planning, tax strategies, risk management, investment selection, business succession, and retirement planning. After 20 years in Christian ministry, he spent four years as a corporate executive before entering the personal financial planning field.

Charles has been involved in the local financial community, having served multiple years on the Board of the San Diego Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and as a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA).

Charles attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, Friends University and graduated with honors from LIFE Pacific College in San Dimas, CA. He obtained his Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College and earned the AIF professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, Charles has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility.

Charles is a co-author of T.A.S.K. – The Trusted Advisors Survival Kit, published by LexisNexis. He recently published and e-book Forewarned is Forearmed: How to Make an Annuity Purchase (or not) You Will Never Regret. Additionally, he has been quoted or published in the Journal of Financial Planning, San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Daily Transcript, American Funeral Director Magazine, Canadian Funeral Director Magazine, The Bottom Line – Independent Voice for Canada’s Accounting and Financial Professionals, Financial AdvisorPro, The Family Business Advisor, and Christian Businessman Magazine and was a contributing author to How to Manage a Million Dollars or Less. He also hosted Senior Money, a radio talk show heard on KCEO AM 1000 and he has appeared as an Expert Witness in both arbitration cases and civil court cases on matters involving the Uniform Prudent Investor Act.
