From his earliest days, Rick has valued the freedom that comes with being a master over your own money. His parents instilled in him those basic values through his allowance, which he was to budget, including savings and giving.
Now, as a financial planner, it’s Rick’s goal to help others find the freedom that comes through mastery over money. It all starts with understanding people’s goals and learning more about them and the firm, to see if those goals align.

Rick D. Wilkinson CFP® has been in the financial services industry since 1980, when he started his career as an agent for a major property and casualty insurance carrier. Over the next 28 years, his agency grew to become one of the largest in Texas. He noticed that many of his clients needed more comprehensive financial advice, so in 1992 he earned his Certified Financial Planner designation.
