Orange County has a New Financial Planning Leader
John Chapman, CFP® opens the door to WorthPointe’s newest office
Newport Beach, Calif. (September 14, 2018) – WorthPointe, a boutique financial planning firm built with clients in mind, has opened its newest office in Orange County. With almost a decade’s worth of experience in the wealth management industry, John Chapman, CFP® has been enlisted to provide the area with the tailored investment advising WorthPointe is known for. A family man, raising three children with his wife, Chapman specializes in helping families with complex financial and tax situations. He helps them find solutions that grow and protect their wealth.
Previously Vice President Financial Consultant with Fidelity Investments, Chapman sought to join the WorthPointe team after researching the firm through the NAPFA and DFA websites. After having the opportunity to sit down with the team leaders to discuss their approach to financial planning, he found himself aligning with their investment philosophy of providing low-cost and index-based portfolio options.
“While our philosophies definitely meshed, it was WorthPointe’s focus on clients who are supported by their financial solutions that led me to take the leap,” Chapman said.
An Orange County native and Newport Beach resident, Chapman values the relationships he builds with his clients and his community above the numbers. He enjoys empowering clients to build in balance and spend more time doing what they love, a passion shared by WorthPointe.
